Getting Started with
Smarty Ants®

Use these simple resources to get started with Smarty Ants and ensure your child is on track for success in kindergarten and beyond!

Welcome Parents
Thank you for your interest in this special free opportunity for Idaho’s 4-year-olds! You are a child’s first and most important teacher and I am excited you are exploring this site.
In a few short months, your child will be attending their first day of kindergarten! Smarty Ants is one of many early learning activities including reading with your child every day that will help build a strong foundation for success in school and a love of reading. My team State Department of Education, the State Board of Education and I are thrilled to partner with Achieve 3000 to offer this fun, interactive site to help your little one develop important early literacy skills.
Again, we appreciate your time to sign up and support this next stage of your child’s education.
